Returns & Exchanges

 We are happy to offer an exchange or a refund within 14 days if the item(s): 

  • Are in original purchase condition.

  • All tags, stickers are perfectly intact.

  • The items have not been worn, washed or dry cleaned.

  • There are no makeup marks, fake tan marks or any other soiling of any kind.

  • Please be advised that all clearance purchases of are final and cannot be refunded. We do offer exchange. Please note that postage is not included. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your items before purchasing. Refunds on clearance purchases will only be made if the merchandise is faulty.

Simply request a return authorisation number, within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing info@rubyseesall.com with your invoice number. 

Please note that your return authorisation number must be written on your return parcel or your return will not be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received without prior authorisation from us, or does not arrive within the acceptable return period. In the event that we receive an unauthorised returned item, return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer. The shipping fee will not be refunded in the event of a return.

 

We recommend a trackable service (for example registered post) as we do not consider the goods 'returned' until they have been safely received by RUBY SEES ALL.  RUBY SEES ALL will not be liable for loss or damage of goods in transit.

EXCHANGES

 

A direct exchange can only be made if the new garment is to the exact value of your original purchase. If you have requested a replacement which is of a different value, your initial payment will be credited back to your credit card and a new order will need to be made back through the RUBY SEES ALL online store.
